No pain, no gain!!
Had a few spare minutes this afternoon so I thought I'd browse through one of the eBooks that came with my self hypnosis CD. I decided to go through one called "How to spot tone for a beautiful body" which I found really informative! The only trouble is now is deciding which area I want to spot tone first! I did some of the exercises that are in the book, just have to keep it up now!

Woo down a dress size!
Have had a day off work today and spent it shopping for new work clothes. Bliss! My wardrobe is looking tired and needed updating. The great news is, I have dropped a dress size! It felt really good going into shops and browsing clothes that are at least a size smaller and in some cases two sizes smaller! For me this diet program is really working!

Weigh day....
Monday mornings are always when I get weighed. I always have to brace myself! I close my eyes then open them when I feel brave enough! At least it was great news today - another 2lbs lost this week! I'm getting there slowly but surely and I am confident that this time the weight will stay off!
Looks like self hypnosis is working for me losing weight!

Sunday...
Listened to my self hypnosis CD before I went to bed last night. I don't need to listen to it every night now but I do still plug in 3 or 4 nights every week. Not only did I sleep really well, I even managed not to have a full English breakfast which I normally do on a Sunday! I just didn't feel that hungry and settled for a bowl of porridge instead!
Mind you I did end up cooking the "full monty" for my other half and the kids! I was very pleased with myself to actually have the will power not to eat the lot myself - I love a full English breakfast!
Weight in day tomorrow!
